The programme enables participants to restore small and large defects in posterior teeth in a predictable and consistent manner so that the restoration mimics the natural tooth. Theory covers composite resins with emphasis on practical application for confident restoration of various defects.

9:00–9:30am — Registration
9:30–10:45am — Lecture: bonding agents, lining materials, incremental techniques
11:00am–12:30pm — Lecture: matrices, wedges, contact points, occlusion
12:30–1:30pm — Lunch
1:30–2:45pm — Demonstration: Class II cavity buildup
3:00–5:00pm — Practical: Class II buildup, finishing and polishing
